UP Awas Vikas Launched Avadh Vihar Yojna in Sector-7A Lucknow

Avadh Vihar Yojna in Sector-7A Lucknow: UP Awas Vikas Parishad has again come up with new housing scheme for lower income group of the society. Along with Avadh Vihar Yojna, UPAVP has launched another scheme named as Vrindavan Yojna-1 in Sector-5D Lucknow.

The Avadh vihar Yojna of UPAVP is comprised of 370 flats for lower income group and applications for LIG flats in the scheme are being offered through offline mode till 7 January 2016. The scheme is located in Sector-7A Lucknow. Under the scheme, the LIG unit are available in G+3 type building and super build-up area of single unit is about 37.35 square meter with the build-up area of 33.69 square meter. The estimated cost of a unit available on ground floor is about Rs. 10.90 lakh and the cost of flat decreases as floor move upwards.

The registration amount of flat for general category is about Rs. 55,000/- while reserved category have to pay only Rs. 27,500/- as a registration amount along with the application form.

How to Apply for UPAVP Avadh Vihar Yojna: Application form for the scheme can be collected from UP Awas Vikas Parishad, 104, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Lucknow by paying Rs. 300/- and it can also be obtained from the bank branches. After completing the application form in all respect, it would submitted to the same bank branches along with the registration amount.
