GDA Ghaziabad Indraprastha Awasiya Yojna 2015

Ghaziabad Development Authority has come up with new affordable housing scheme “Indraprastha Awasiya Yojna” at Ghaziabad. This is one more scheme which is launched under Samajwadi Awas Yojna by the Uttar Pradesh Government. Samajwadi Awas Yojana is launched with the aim to provide affordable houses for the citizens. Till now six such schemes had been launched, Indraprastha Awasiya Yojna” at Ghaziabad.is the seventh such scheme in this direction.

GDA offers a total 888 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats under its affordable housing scheme “Indraprastha Awasiya Yojna”.The flats will be located at Pocket D Indraprastha Enclave Ghaziabad. There are  222 flats of 1 BHK type while rest 666 flats are of 2 BHK type which are further divided to two categories 2BHK Type 1 and Type 2. Affordable housing means affordable rates,so these flats are offered at  very affordable rates i.e Rs. 2695 per Sq. Ft.

1 BHK will cost you Rs. 15.26 lakh/- while For 2 BHK Type 1 and Type 2, You need to pay Rs. 20.80 lakh and Rs. 21.10 lakh respectively. 1 BHK flats are available with the estimated area of 566 Sq. Ft while 2 BHK Type 1 and Type 2 are available with 745 and 783 Sq. Ft area respectively.

How to Apply

  • Visit GDA Website http://www.gdaghaziabad.com, Click on  “New Property” Link. While filling the application form,you will be asked to upload passport size photograph,Signature and essential documents . Online application will cost you Rs. 500/-, this amount is to be paid along with the registration amount through Credit Card/Debit card or Net Banking.
  • If you do not want to pay application fee online, just fill the form and click on “offline ” option. Now you can submit the payment at any branch of ICCI Bank through RTGS/Net banking or Draft. From 10 march, 2015 onward, the online application can be done  till 30 April, 2015.
  • Registration Amount Details:
  1.    1 BHK : Rs. 20,050/- for Reserved Category and Rs. 40,050/- For General Category
  2.    2 BHK (Type 1 and Type 2) : Rs. 25,050/- for Reserved Category and Rs. 50,050/- For General Category.

  1. Gda promise given the possession on 2.year 6 month (nr about March 18 ) ,now march 18 are passed ,then which date given the flat , pl write me ,

Scheme 844- Indra prashtha Awasiye yojana :- After Long time Tower- D & Tower-E will not be built ed due to Land not available by Indraprashta Awasiye yojana -GDA Property in charge send me letter to choice either Refund of Money or wait to Re- Draw. Need your acceptance. I have given both option to GDA either allote me another Flat or Refund my Monry along with Interest @12% . they are not responded yet and no re draw yet. any one has updation regarding the same.

  3. Work is Progress and at site engineer committed to Deliver within the time i.e 2.5 Years from date of Allotment.

  5. WHAT IS THE DRAW DATE OF affordable housing scheme “Indraprastha Awasiya Yojna” at Ghaziabad. This is one more scheme which is launched under Samajwadi Awas Yojna KINDLY INFORM ME.

  6. i dont find this scheme any of adavantage being its government initiative.

    1. This scheme doesn’t include electric and water connection charge. Owner has to bear it.
    2. This scheme has payment option: 80% in 3yrs at the ROI=12%, which comes around4.5 Lakhs. So what difference in government and private builders we have. For 20Lacs loan we pay up aupto 30 lakhs of interest in 20 yrs. Per year we pay up around approx 1.5 lakhs/year. So this Indraprastha scheme carries same 4.5Lakhs in three years.

    So what the point of buying it as it too have poor quality materials in finishing.

    Its my observation after reading the brochure only and i m no property experts and just being an IT guy.

  7. I am keen to know more information about this property.

    1. .How is the location. I never went that location. Is it rural or developed.
    2. Other thing which I need to know that, are they not providing Electricity and water connection and what we need to do to get that by ourselves.
    3. How much extra cost we need to pay for electricity and water connection.
    4.. When would its result would announce
    5. Do we need to upload any other document apart from Photo and signature copy.
