Allahabad Development Authority has launched a new scheme for the allotment of leftover flats under various housing schemes. Those who were not lucky enough to make it in previous attempt, this is a golden opportunity to try their luck once more. Since the scheme is meant for only leftover flats which means number of units for sale will be less, hence the period of registration is too short. Applicants will have only 2 weeks to apply for the same. Scheme has started on 06 April, 2015 and will end on 21 April, 2014.
The leftover flats will be available under four housing schemes launched by the Allahabad Development Authority. Neem Saray Awaas Yojana, Govindpur Awaas Yojana, Kasari-Masari Phase-2 and Janhvipuram are the four housing schemes whose leftover flats are on offer. The tentative cost of flats starts from Rs.10,80,000/- and goes up to Rs.36,20,400/-. The complete detail of flats is given below:
Application form can be purchased from the ADA head office located at Indira Bhawan by paying the designated amount on any working day. An amount of 10% of total cost of flats is to be paid as registration amount along with the application form.
